If you are not entirely satisfied with your Maine coon kitten purchase, We’re always here to help.

FOR RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return the Maine Coon kitten from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your Maine coon kitten must have an issue declared by your vet and in the same condition that you received it.

Your Maine coon kitten must be in it’s original Crate.

Your Maine coon kitten needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us. Which we always do provide.

FOR REFUNDS

Once we receive the Maine coon kitten back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the Maine coon kitten and making sure all you said was true . We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or change of kitten after inspecting the Maine coon kitten.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (through the original method of payment) or change of Maine coon kitten.

You will receive the funds instantly or the new Maine coon kitten after few hours depending on where are you located and flight.

FOR SHIPPING

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your Maine coon kitten
